How can Psychological Therapy help?

Many of us experience difficult times in life and sometimes we can feel stuck in negative cycles of low mood, anxiety and stress. Psychological therapy provides a safe, supportive place to help you explore your current difficulties honestly and openly, and collaboratively we will work to find a positive way forward.

Common difficulties that I help people with are:

  • Anxiety (eg. panic attacks, frequent worry, phobias)

  • Stress

  • Depression and low mood

  • Low self-esteem

  • PTSD

  • Adjustment to a physical health condition

  • Anger problems

  • Lifestyle changes (eg smoking cessation, changing eating behaviours)

  • Sleep problems
